ZTechSoftware reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or reroute any orders placed for a product which contains a pricing or naming error. Prices and availability shown on our website are subject to change at any time - as the market can constantly fluctuate.

Any images on our site are for illustrative purposes only, and do not necessarily indicate the actual appearance of the product. In choosing a product, please reference the title, product listing, technical specifications, price, and code to verify the product is the version you would like to purchase.

Return Policy

We will accept returns of unopened software as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product must include the product key codes. All returns are subject to a 5% (Five percent) restocking fee and a $5 handling fee. Shipping back to us will be at your expense.

Defective Software Returns:
Defective software may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement only.

Opened Software Returns:
We will accept returns on opened software only on a case by case basis. Once we have received and evaluated the condition of the product, we will credit/pay you back our determined value of the item.

All returns will be verified with the manufacturer to confirm the product has not been used or loaded. If the returned product has been used, as confirmed by the manufacturer, we will not be able provide a refund. The manufacturers do not allow any returns of software with used key \codes.

We reserve the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered or unsellable.

These return policies are industry standard for all software and media based on piracy issues.
